Refund Policy
Private Wealth is committed to the highest level of customer service. Our refund policy is set out as follows:
- In the first instance if you are not satisfied or do not receive services paid for via credit card you should contact your adviser.
- If your adviser does not respond to you within 2 business days please contact Private Wealth directly at the number below.
You will need to supply your receipt and invoice in order for Private Wealth to make a refund.
